Accounts
Some Services may require an account via platforms such as Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, or Epic Online Services.
You are responsible for your account security and all activity under it.
Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, shared, or gifted.
License to Use Services
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Entex Interactive, LLC.
Purchases, DLC, and Payments
Purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Steam or Epic Games Store.
Refunds are handled according to the platform’s policies.
User Content and Community
You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use it for operating and promoting our Services.
You may not misuse or monetize our intellectual property without permission.
Prohibited Conduct
- Cheating, exploiting, or abusing systems
- Using unauthorized bots or third-party tools
- Reverse engineering (where not legally permitted)
- Harassment or harmful behavior
- Malware or malicious content distribution
- Violating applicable laws
Fair Play and Enforcement
We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy toward cheating or abuse.
Enforcement may include suspensions, bans, or restrictions across Services.

Those licenses take precedence over these Terms for applicable components.
Termination

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including data loss or service interruptions.
Arbitration Agreement
